Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wingate Management Company in Concord, New Hampshire. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for keeping our properties in top shape, handling everything from painting and lawn care to electrical work and snow removal. You will also oversee vendor work as needed and safely operate power tools and equipment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24.00-$27.00/hour, with an 8-hour shift schedule, Monday through Friday, and on-call responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, advance your career, and learn the ins and outs of property management. As a key member of our team, you will regularly assess the property, proactively addressing maintenance concerns and collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor on solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to professionalism and respect for our residents. A high school diploma or GED is required, with CAMT certification being a plus. Experience in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC is also essential.
