Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities through various outreach methods.
  • Analyze market dynamics, suggest suitable products, and utilize product samples to align with clients' business objectives.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and applications.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and hands-on training to the employees of our clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and present client contracts, proposals, and presentations, ensuring follow-up with key stakeholders.
  • Surpass client expectations by maintaining a proactive, professional demeanor and effectively resolving any issues that arise.
  • Regularly engage with accounts to sustain relationships and ensure satisfaction with Ronnoco's offerings.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience, particularly in cold calling.
  • Exemplary professional demeanor and attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with database management systems or CRM tools to organize and track customer data.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and physical examination.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
