The Clarion Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including verifying registration information and processing payments.
- Issue room keys and provide guests with information about hotel facilities and services.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic working knowledge of a computer and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to frequently kneel, reach, crawl, and twist torso as needed to accomplish required tasks.
