Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment, scheduling, training, and mentoring of team members.
  • Directly oversee staff while engaging with customers to enhance service quality.
  • Manage and maintain high-volume food and beverage inventory effectively.
  • Educate and enforce responsible service practices for alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Establish and uphold service, sanitation, and product quality standards.
  • Ensure all cash handling processes are documented and adhered to.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with service standards, inventory management, and cash control procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
  • Must comply with state and local health regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Capability to lift and transport items of significant weight, including navigating stairs and ramps.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Sufficient mobility to perform tasks such as reaching, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
