Cloud Infrastructure Development and Management:

Design, implement, and oversee scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS utilizing services such as EC2, RDS, VPC, ELB, ALB, Lambda, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, among others.

Work collaboratively with diverse teams to gather business needs and convert them into effective cloud architecture solutions.

Automation and Resource Management:

Create and sustain automation scripts using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and AWS CLI for the provisioning and management of infrastructure resources.

Adopt Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices to guarantee consistency and repeatability in deployments.

Security and Regulatory Compliance:

Establish and uphold security best practices for AWS environments, including IAM policies, encryption methods, and network security configurations.

Conduct routine security evaluations and audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and internal regulations.

Network Architecture:

Design and configure VPCs, subnets, route tables, and security groups to create secure and efficient network architectures.

Manage connectivity options such as VPNs effectively.

Serverless Application Development:

Create serverless applications utilizing AWS Lambda and other serverless computing services.

Load Balancing and System Reliability:

Set up and manage Elastic Load Balancers (ELBs/ALBs) to distribute incoming traffic and ensure application availability.

Implement fault-tolerant architectures to improve system reliability.

Data Solutions Management:

Establish and manage RDS instances for relational database solutions.

Implement data storage solutions with Amazon S3, ensuring data durability, availability, and security.

Knowledge of SQL Server is advantageous.

Familiarity with SSIS and SSRS is a plus.

Application Orchestration:

Utilize AWS Elastic Beanstalk for the streamlined deployment and management of applications, including those based on IIS.

Optimize resource orchestration to ensure seamless scaling and efficient application deployment.

CI/CD Implementation with Azure DevOps:

Establish CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for building, testing, and deploying .NET applications.

Integrate and automate deployment workflows for .NET applications utilizing SQL Server.

Monitoring and Issue Resolution:

Set up monitoring and alerting systems using AWS CloudWatch for proactive resource management.

Diagnose and resolve performance issues, outages, and other infrastructure-related challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer or in a similar capacity.

Strong expertise in AWS services including EC2, RDS, VPC, ELB, Lambda, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, and more.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.

Solid understanding of networking principles, security best practices, and serverless computing.

Experience with installing and configuring .NET applications that utilize SQL Server.

AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are advantageous.
