A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CASHIER / FOOD RUNNER
In the role of Cashier / Food Runner, you play a vital part in our restaurant's success. You arrive on time for your shift, ready to engage with our guests and create a memorable experience. From the moment a customer walks in, you greet them with enthusiasm. Your positive demeanor ensures that every guest receives exceptional service.
Your responsibilities include taking orders through a touch screen register, processing transactions accurately, and managing cash effectively. You check each order for precision and portion control while assisting customers with any inquiries they may have. In challenging situations, you handle them with grace and communicate effectively with management.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also crucial. This involves cleaning various areas, including floors, tables, and equipment. You thrive in a team-oriented setting and approach new tasks with eagerness and a willingness to learn. Your reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction are key to your success in this role.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes as needed
