Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 5-6 individuals in the development, testing, and implementation of MDM solutions
  • Provide technical expertise in requirements analysis, design, and development
  • Ensure teams follow correct procedures, policies, and documentation requirements
  • Improve existing support processes to make them more efficient, cost-effective, and simple
  • Guide the team through development, testing, and implementation stages, and review completed work effectively
  • Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration
  • Make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
  • Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning, and manage software and hardware availability
  • Provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members
  • Create process flows, high-level functional, and detailed technical design specifications from business requirements
  • Provide customer support for business-critical application problems and issues
  • Assist with testing and deployment of Release Update Pack and other module upgrades to keep application release level current
  • Proactively work through service requests with vendor support as needed
  • Provide support to System Administrators relating to custom responsibilities, security profiles, menus, and user account provisioning
  • Partner with business analysts and application super users to successfully complete projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 10+ years of professional IT experience
  • 10+ years of professional IT experience, 4+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management
  • Extensive experience with event streaming concepts and real-time data exchanges
  • Understanding of cloud architecture and data architecture
  • Data Storage, Data Quality, Data Hosting, Data Lending, Master Data Management
  • Experience with Data Interfaces and Data Integrations
  • Multi-Cloud Environment Background, specifically in Azure
  • Self-starter mentality, execution mindset, and the ability to identify new problems
