Job Title: Master Data Management Architect

Location: Cleveland, Ohio – 3 days in office, 2 days remote

  • Relocation package available

Salary: $146,000-160,000 + company shares, pension plan, 401k, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic, technical, and operational expertise and leadership in support of business and technology transformational activities.
  • Contribute to technology strategy and planning; lead research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts.
  • Communicate solution architectures to senior management, business, architecture, and development teams through deliverables, presentations, training, and other appropriate means and forums.
  • Coach, mentor, and support system development teams in implementing reference architectures and standards.
  • Steer CoE use of Application Security, partnering with the Application Security team to identify and support Delivery Teams' realization of requirements in the security space.
  • Stay current on emerging design patterns, software development, or infrastructure concepts and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 10+ years of professional IT experience.
  • 10+ years of professional IT experience and previous Architect-level experience.
  • Ability to drive strategic understanding and knowledge across shared data platforms from an Architect perspective.
  • Extensive experience with event streaming concepts and real-time data exchanges.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture and data architecture.
  • Data Storage, Data Quality, Data Hosting, Data Lending, Master Data Management, Data Modeling.
  • Experience with Data Interfaces, Data Integrations, and API Integrations.
  • Multi-Cloud Environment Background, specifically in Azure.
  • Self-starter mentality, execution mindset, and the ability to identify new problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle ERP implementation experience.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud experience.
  • Experience with Product Data Hub or Supplier Data Hub modules.
  • Azure Event Hub Integration experience.

About the Role:

Insight Global is seeking a Shared Data Platforms Solution Architect for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. The Shared Data Platforms Solution Architect is a member of the Shared Data Platform IT group and maintains the architecture (and related artifacts) for data-centric applications and systems, specifically responsible for the systems that handle data, including products, catalogs, suppliers, and customers.

This position will work closely with others to grow their base of knowledge, but also share their knowledge with the business and IT teams via collaborative meetings, documentation, and formal presentations.
