We are seeking a certified medical professional to join our team at the Coffee Creek Correctional Facility in Wilsonville, Oregon.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals in custody while providing high-quality healthcare services. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, Health Services Technician, you will be responsible for delivering clinical, emergency care, and treatment to inmates under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities- Providing wound care, including post-operative dressings and maintaining aseptic conditions
- Recognizing signs and symptoms related to disease processes
- Conducting nursing procedures, including treatments
- Administering medications and identifying adverse side effects
- Using routine equipment, such as stethoscopes, blood pressure cuffs, and oxygen
- Providing first aid and CPR
- Phlebotomy
- Assessing emergency situations using triage format
- Developing and implementing treatment plans for life-threatening emergencies
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Two years of experience in caring for physically ill or injured patients
- Training and/or experience in pharmacy and medical laboratory techniques and procedures
- An Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse certification and a valid First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Card

Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is $5,482 - $6,023 per annum.
