Job Title: Senior Data Analyst - Electra Aero

Job Summary:
Electra Aero is seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our product team and support our go-to-market strategy and development efforts. This role plays a crucial part in directing our commercial and governmental business strategies. You will be responsible for supporting our customers and acting as part of their virtual network development team. Your tasks will include researching new direct air travel routes, analyzing global data sets, and helping customers build new air networks to deliver people and cargo closer to where they need to be.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers in growing their business by identifying new opportunities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks
  • Follow best practices for data mining, analysis, and visualization
  • Work directly with managers and customers to gather requirements, develop solutions, and build relationships


Requirements:

  • Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
  • Ability to develop mathematical models simulating customer use cases and operating networks
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
  • Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
  • A strong work ethic and ability to independently meet and lead the areas described in the responsibilities and essential functions
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt well to change


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical Master's degree or higher
  • Demonstrated breadth of knowledge of the current electric aircraft industry
  • A US Person (Citizen or Green Card)
  • Licensed Pilot (FAA, EASA, PPL, CPL, etc.)


Work Environment:

This role is based in Manassas, VA, with daily onsite hours. Travel is approximately 10% domestic and international.
