Job Opportunity at Service First Mortgage

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loan Officer Associate/Team LO to join our team at Service First Mortgage. As a key member of our mortgage banking team, you will play a vital role in originating and processing loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our loan portfolio
  • Assist Loan Officers in pre-qualifying potential borrowers and coordinating loan applications
  • Communicate effectively with borrowers, Loan Officers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely loan closings
  • Manage the Loan Officer's calendar, including scheduling appointments and follow-ups
  • Utilize our CRM system to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales performance

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of mortgage experience or related sales position
  • Knowledge of lending processes, federal and state laws, and various loan products
  • NMLS License required
