Job Summary

Service First Mortgage is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Officer Associate to join our team. As a key member of our loan origination team, you will be responsible for assisting our Loan Officers in originating and processing loans. Your primary duties will include following up on leads, pre-qualifying potential borrowers, coordinating loan applications, and communicating with all parties involved in the loan process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on leads for potential borrowers
  • Assist Loan Officers in pre-qualifying potential borrowers
  • Coordinate receipt of complete and accurate loan application packages
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the loan process
  • Follow up with borrowers for items needed for loan submission
  • Execute disclosures and submit loan files for processing
  • Manage Loan Officer calendars, including follow-up, appointment setting, and time blocking
  • Manage CRM, including follow-ups with warm leads and closed loans
  • Pipeline management, including scheduled pipeline reviews, daily tracking, and weekly status calls to customers
  • Utilize designated sales tools and reporting methods

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of mortgage experience or related sales position
  • Knowledge and understanding of the lending process, federal and state law, and various loan products and guidelines
  • NMLS License required
