Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-speed digital and RF circuitry in collaboration with various teams
  • Design and optimization of different blocks of electronics sub-systems
  • Schematic capture and lead PCB layout
  • Design DC/DC power supply and Point of Load
  • Support flow-down requirement definitions and generate test plans/procedures
  • Board bring-up and perform test campaigns of modules and subsystems
  • Support design of automated test systems, test fixtures and factory test
  • Support the transition of the designs to mass production
About the Team

As a Hardware Development Engineer on the Antenna Team, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most innovative, challenging, and exciting phased array projects in industry right now. You will engage with an experienced team to conceive and design terminals aimed at delighting customers with affordable, reliable, high bandwidth connectivity.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems experience
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent
  • Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
  • Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $86,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
