Position Overview

We are in search of a Manager of Controls Operations to spearhead and expand our controls division. The role encompasses the formulation and implementation of sales strategies, overseeing project management, and guiding a team of Controls Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving annual sales objectives through project acquisitions and service agreements
  • Assessing client requirements and associated costs for building upkeep
  • Providing training and mentorship to Controls Account Managers
  • Creating operational plans and forecasts
  • Maintaining precise business documentation
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and presentations
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and prompt payments
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments and products
  • Promoting a culture of safety

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in HVAC controls
  • Familiarity with HVAC principles and relevant software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Preferred: College degree
