Job Title: Performance Improvement Specialist

At Quality Talent Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving quality and safety initiatives across our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform quality improvement strategies.
  • Design and implement process improvements to reduce errors and improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Nursing required.
  • Three years of experience in a hospital or outpatient clinical role.
  • One year of experience in a quality management and/or patient safety, risk management, decision support or similar information analysis role.
  • RN - Registered Nurse - Texas State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure within 60 days.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) or CPPS - Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CBPPS) or other related professional certification.
