Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Team Temps. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for sorting and organizing donations, loading and unloading merchandise, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize donations to prepare for stocking the store floor
- Load and unload merchandise from box trucks and vans
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with donations and in-store sales
- Learn and implement pricing systems for donations
Requirements:
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic knowledge of computer and office machinery
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in driving, warehouse, and retail sales operations
