Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our merchandise warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all merchandise is properly stored and easily accessible. You will also be responsible for enforcing and adhering to all departmental, park, and safety policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be required to complete all applicable department paperwork accurately and thoroughly. Key Responsibilities

Operate assigned merchandise locations in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all merchandise is properly stored and easily accessible.
Enforce and adhere to all departmental, park, and safety policies and procedures.
Complete all applicable department paperwork accurately and thoroughly.
Perform in a manner compliant with company policies and procedures, including cash and credit card handling.
Complete PCI training.
Maintain excellent guest service and ensure guest relation problems are handled appropriately, including directing, answering questions, and interacting positively.
Be willing to work outside your zone of assignment to fulfill general park needs on occasion.
Ensure compliance with all Herschend Family Entertainment and Wild Adventures policies and procedures.
Represent the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner.
Satisfy Wild Adventures' standards for performance and conduct, including reporting to work regularly and on time.

Work Environment

This position requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and in the presence of dust and odors. Team members are susceptible to the exposure of various chemicals, bodily fluids, and blood-borne pathogens, prolonged exposure to sunlight or rainy conditions.
