Job Summary:

The Environmental Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for directing and implementing all Company environmental, health, safety, and security programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, standards, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement EHS Programs: Develop and implement effective EHS programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct Investigations and Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analysis to identify and address EHS incidents, near misses, and hazards.
  • Provide Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior management, employees, and external stakeholders to ensure EHS compliance and excellence.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Regulatory Requirements: Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry standards, and ensure the Company's EHS programs are aligned with these requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in environmental health and safety, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
