Blue Air Environmental Engineering is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Technician to join our team. As a key member of our energy management systems and building automation integration company, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting sensors, controllers, actuators, and associated low voltage wiring for energy management, building automation, and data collection systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience using basic hand tools, and the ability to work independently. They will also demonstrate problem-solving skills, communicate effectively, and provide a commitment to detail, safety, and quality.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Installing and maintaining energy management systems and building automation controls
- Troubleshooting and calibrating systems using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other technical equipment
- Interpreting blueprints, schematics, cut sheets, and installation manuals
- Working safely in confined spaces and at different elevations
Requirements include a high school graduate or general education degree, proof of eligibility to work in the United States, and a valid Arizona driver's license. The company offers flexible hours, paid training, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick leave, and vacation time.
