Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range based on your level of licensure and experience. Our salary structure takes into account your qualifications and the value you bring to our organization.





  • Unlicensed: $38,000 per year

  • Associate Licensed: $55,000 per year

  • LMFT/LCSW/LPC: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, based on years of post-licensure experience



In addition to your salary, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a 401(k) plan with a 3.5% company match. You will also receive 20 days of paid time off per year, 9 paid holidays, and a floating holiday.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Community Counseling, School Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a CACREP, CSWE, CCPTP, or COAMFTE accredited university. You must also be license-eligible with the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists.
