Compensation

We pay you based on your level of licensure and experience. Our compensation structure is designed to recognize and reward your skills and qualifications.

Unlicensed: A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Community Counseling, School Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a CACREP, CSWE, CCPTP, or COAMFTE accredited university AND be license eligible with the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists allowing for an associate level license within six months of employment.

Associate Licensed: Associate Licensure as an LMSW, LAMFT, or LAPC.

LMFT/LCSW/LPC: $75,000 - Must hold a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Georgia.

LMFT/LCSW/LPC: $80,000 - Years post-licensure experience.

LMFT/LCSW/LPC: $85,000 - Years of post-licensure experience.
