Our company was founded by three friends who share a passion for real, whole food, and we produce 100% USDA organic, unpasteurized hard kombucha using whole leaf tea and fresh-pressed fruit.

As a Kombucha Beverage Specialist, you will play a vital role in our taproom, responsible for expertly preparing and serving beverages while engaging with customers about our unique flavors and the art of hard kombucha. This position offers a high-impact opportunity in a rapidly growing company, and we are looking for individuals who are eager to contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient and accurate bartending and drink service.
  • Engage with guests to create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere.
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries and make tailored drink recommendations.
  • Accurately operate the POS system and manage merchandise sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the taproom.
  • Handle keg operations and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Preferred minimum of one year of bartending experience.
  • Strong cash handling skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
  • Basic knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and kombucha.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
  • Certification in Responsible Beverage Service training is required.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Maintain punctuality and a high level of motivation.

Physical Requirements: Candidates should be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
