Responsibilities

• Develop and implement drink menus that showcase our expertise in mixology
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative drink pairings and promotions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in mixology and customer service

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a mixology or hospitality role
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Knowledge of drink recipes, drink and wine merchandising specials
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
