Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans, manage budgets, and oversee financial reporting.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and execute events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.
- Human Resources: Provide HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks, develop operational procedures, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Director, teams, and stakeholders to support the Center's activities and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or public policy.
- At least three years of experience in operations management, financial management, communications, or event logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in program management, project management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of research methods and data analysis.
- Understanding of the research conducted at CGM and a passion for the vision of the Center.
