Job Description

As a Geohazard Mitigation Technician working for GSI, you will be working outside with your hands in a wide variety of climates. You will be laborer working alongside experienced technicians measuring, drilling, mixing concrete, and creating sustainable infrastructure.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job:

  • Climates vary in degrees, in tropical to desert environments.
  • The noise level in the work environment is moderate and hearing protection is often required.
  • Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
  • Regular heavy lifting (50lbs+) of construction materials on the job site.
