About the Job:
The Senior Construction Coordinator will play a key role in the success of our Frontline Operations Team at GeoStabilization International. This individual will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, delivery, production, costs, and training objectives while performing hands-on duties on the job site. Additionally, this role involves managing and maintaining crew relations, including tracking, documenting performance reviews, development plans, coaching, and disciplinary actions.

About the Role:
This is a challenging role that requires the ability to work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams to produce quality projects within provided deadlines.

Responsibilities:
* Physically install geohazard mitigation products as outlined in the job site drawings and/or standard operating procedures manual.
* Ensure crew members' safety and manage projects with daily management process (+QDIPC).
* Adhere to the PISTOL process, with special focus on pre-construction planning.
* Manage/communicate crew travel appropriately and account for equipment daily maintenance, cleanliness, and related documentation.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in construction industry, including job management and knowledge of building products/services.
* 1+ year of experience as a Superintendent required.
* Ability to accurately interpret scope, specification (including blueprints) and timeliness of customer plans, meeting profitability goals established by the company.
* Strong communication skills: ability to speak clearly and persuasively in all situations.
* Valid driver's license required; ability to regularly lift/move up to 100 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered or electric tools.
* Ability to travel extensively;

Compensation:
$33.07/hr - $39.97/hr, Non-Exempt; average yearly compensation over $115,000.
