Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Construction Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of operating heavy equipment and performing soil stabilization tasks. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects and help us achieve our business objectives. This is a full-time position based in the Eastern US, with 100% traveling required. Salary: $27-$32 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $38 per hour with overtime.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, all-terrain forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front-end loaders
- Read and determine measurements
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site
- Work together in a team environment
- Mix, spray, run hoses, and operate shotcrete or grouting pumps
- Learn and operate rock drills

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:
- At least one year of soil stabilization or geohazard mitigation experience
- Heavy equipment operation experience
- Class A CDL and nozzleman certification (ACI Certification) preferred
- Ability to travel extensively
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to get along with a diverse group of people
- Regular heavy lifting (75lbs+) of construction materials on the job site

Work Environment
This is a physically demanding role that requires regular heavy lifting and exposure to varying climates. Travel is required, and the successful candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
