About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Surgical Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center in Vancouver, WA. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a professional nurse to provide exceptional patient care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to medical surgical patients, utilizing your nursing skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, medication administration, and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
  • A valid Oregon Registered Nurse License, with the ability to obtain a Washington State RN license if practicing in that state.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in a medical surgical setting.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
