Critical Care Travel Nurse Opportunity in Vancouver, Washington

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse for a travel assignment at TotalMed Staffing. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and showcase your expertise in critical care.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
