RER Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clean Energy Program Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) in delivering clean energy demonstration projects at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Program Support: Provide general support to the Division and the Division Director by coordinating budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and other activities across the organization.
- Communication: Communicate across divisions to coordinate requirements and objectives.
- Project Planning: Develop plans to include information such as objectives, funding, schedules, and staff.
- Contract Management: Identify, review, and select contractors and/or consultants to meet division needs.
- Process Improvement: Recommends approaches and/or procedures or best practices to achieve division goals and objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Confers with team members to identify and resolve problems.
- Financial Management: Monitors project costs to stay within budget.
- Project Monitoring: Monitors project milestones and deliverables.
- Document Management: Produces and distributes Division documents.
- US Citizenship: Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust
- Experience: 5 years of related experience
- Clean Energy Experience: Experience in Clean Energy desired
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, and an understanding of fundamental business writing
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Bachelor's Degree
