Master Schedule Coordinator

As a key member of our regional operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily schedules for our patients, interns, and behavior technicians. Your role will involve monitoring and adjusting schedules in real-time to maximize treatment hours and ensure seamless program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize state-of-the-art platforms like CentralReach to manage schedules with precision and efficiency.
Work closely with clinicians, parents/guardians, and our team to coordinate treatment schedules that meet medical necessities and individual needs.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination among team members to deliver high-quality treatment programs.
