As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to resident inquiries and concerns, providing community information to residents, and conducting move-in orientations to ensure a seamless transition for new residents.

You will also be responsible for following up with residents to ensure satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service to exceed resident expectations.

We are looking for a talented and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and exceeding resident expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide community information to residents and conduct move-in orientations
  • Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service
  • Exceed resident expectations by delivering exceptional service and experiences

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license may be required
  • Evenings, weekends, and/or holidays may be required
