OUR DATA CENTER TEAM
We construct mission-critical data centers across the U.S. to ensure that vital information accessed by millions remains secure and available. For over two decades, CEI has designed, installed, and commissioned more than 11.5 million square feet of data center space, totaling $2.3 billion in electrical systems.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Site Administrative Coordinator to join our Data Center Division. This role provides essential administrative support to Field Union Management and the Project Team on-site, handling various administrative tasks daily. Responsibilities include managing the onboarding process for new field union employees at job sites, coordinating interviews, facilitating onboarding with instructional videos, and assisting with paperwork processing.
The responsibilities of this position encompass entering and distributing weekly payroll for the job site, auditing and resolving payroll discrepancies for the crew, and overseeing material orders on-site. Additional administrative support tasks include filing, handling phone calls, managing emails, addressing IT support issues, maintaining trailer cleanliness, and ordering office supplies. This position reports to the Site Administrative Supervisor and collaborates closely with the Site Superintendent and General Foremen to provide necessary administrative support for all required reports on-site. Some travel may be necessary.
Additional duties may involve creating panel schedules and generating trim plate labels based on approved drawings.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will possess general administrative experience and a diverse skill set that includes effective communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in technology is essential, with experience in Outlook, Excel, Visio, and Word, as well as familiarity with Plan Grid and Blue Beam being preferred.
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications, is qualifying.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
Licensure/Certifications: None required.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role is required; experience in the construction industry is preferred.
