At GardaWorld, we understand that compensation is important, which is why we offer competitive hourly starting rates in every market we serve.


We are expanding our team:

Compensation:
$18 / Hour

We have multiple positions available.

Shifts:
- Saturday through Wednesday 1st shift 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Full time, 40 hours)
- Tuesday through Friday 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. (Full time, 32 hours)
- Friday through Sunday 3rd shift 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. (Part time, 24 hours)
- Monday through Thursday 3rd Shift 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. (Full time, 32 hours)
- Thursday and Friday 1st shift 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday through Monday 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. (Full time, 40 hours)
- Monday through Wednesday 1st shift 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Part time, 24 hours)

Position Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service is always your primary focus.
- Monitoring and surveying the area while providing detailed reports on activities at your assigned location.
- Responding swiftly in critical situations.
- Proficient in reading and writing comprehensive reports.
- Understanding when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Ability to successfully complete an extensive screening process.
- Previous experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus.
- Possession of a state license if required.
