The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Claims Operations Manager to lead our team of Senior Injury Adjusters in the Western Region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of claims professionals who handle moderate complexity Attorney Repped Auto injury claims.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of claims professionals to ensure efficient and effective claim handling
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and member satisfaction
  • Providing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they meet organizational and development goals
  • Collaborating with internal partners to drive business results and improve member experiences
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $99,160 - $178,480, as well as a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), pension, life insurance, and paid time off.
