Job Title: Licensed Child Care Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Child Care Administrator to join our team at New Future Residential Treatment Center.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Child Care Administrator will be responsible for the overall supervision of resident/client care while meeting the DFPS Minimum Standard State requirements. This includes ensuring the provision of planned but flexible program activities designed to meet the developmental needs of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the operation of the facility and quality care, services, and advocacy for our children.
  • Implement programs and services as specified in the children's individualized service plan.
  • Complete all reports, data collection, and other information documenting the care and services provided in keeping with licensing regulations and Agency policies.
  • Have daily supervision and on-site administrative responsibility for the overall operation.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must hold an Administrators license as an (LCCA) Licensed Child Care Administrator in the State of Texas.
  • Be flexible with hours (state regulation).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Child Care Administrator.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and behavioral and emotional disorders in a residential treatment setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proof of valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Cleared criminal background check including FBI fingerprinting.
  • Cleared TB test results.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

The ideal candidate will be able to commute to Houston, TX.
