We are seeking a Climate Strategy Leader to join our team. This role will lead the implementation of our global decarbonization strategy, focusing on operational emissions (Scope 1 & 2) related to our venues, festivals, and offices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, procurement, operations, risk, compliance, and more.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our global decarbonization strategy
  • Manage our portfolio of 200+ venues, festivals, and offices worldwide
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders on strategy execution
  • Track and communicate performance against climate targets
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on renewable energy and sustainability metrics

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience in climate resilience and energy management programs
  • Familiarity with climate risk management and reporting frameworks like TCFD
  • Demonstrated experience strategizing and implementing sustainability programs across large organizations or corporate consulting with a specialty in decarbonization and climate risk management
  • Experience in policy development and implementation
  • Strong executive communications and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to travel, including weekends

Salary Range: $132,000 - $165,000 per annum, based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
