Job Summary:

Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled Resin Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery to produce and cast resin liners, tops, and other related materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery on the production line to produce and cast resin liners, tops, and other related materials.
  • Pour resin into molds and ensure proper curing.
  • Assemble and fabricate tops, including glue-up and sink fabrication.
  • Conduct quality reviews and rework as needed.
  • Read job specifications and blueprints to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
  • Operate miscellaneous equipment, including forklifts and cranes.
  • Perform minor maintenance on molds and equipment.
  • Upload ERP transactions and manifest data.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
