Job Title: Strategic Account Consultant

Join Elevance Health as a Strategic Account Consultant and play a key role in growing and retaining existing Large Group accounts in the Eastern Region. As a trusted advisor, you will develop deep relationships with clients and brokers, providing consultative sales solutions to meet their needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve retention and growth targets through advanced execution of sales process.
  • Cultivate trust-based relationships with clients and brokers, understanding their needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to meet and exceed client expectations and drive additional growth and product sales opportunities.
  • Provide consultative sales approach to Large Groups, aligning with client and company objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and product knowledge, adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
  • Sales license required within 60 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with office tools, cloud-based software, social media, and collaboration tools.
  • Large Group insurance experience and client-facing experience.
  • Ability to travel.
