Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers to the service department with a friendly demeanor
  • Understand customer concerns and accurately relay repair requirements to technicians
  • Promote additional services through respectful and transparent methods
  • Provide precise estimates for repairs and maintenance
  • Follow established protocols for vehicle care and operation
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their repairs
  • Market and manage extended warranty options
  • Evaluate repair quality and confirm completion of all tasks
  • Inform customers when their vehicles are ready for collection
  • Discuss repairs and associated costs clearly with customers
  • Address minor customer issues and feedback
  • Keep the Service Manager informed of any challenges or potential issues
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in line with dealership expectations
