OBJECTIVE:
HexaQuEST Global, Inc. is in search of a skilled professional with extensive knowledge of financial solutions, industry standards, and various business processes or technological frameworks. This role requires independent operation to deliver high-quality results for client engagements. The consultant will undertake diverse and intricate tasks that necessitate independent judgment to fulfill client requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in providing both functional and technical solutions for moderately complex configurations and will effectively engage with management. Participation in business development initiatives is also expected, along with the development of comprehensive solutions for complex projects.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that involves consulting and designing a centralized banking module for a significant project. The selected candidate will assist in the design, functionality, and integration with the state's financial system. Additionally, the consultant will provide advisory support to executive leadership on related project matters as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on centralized banking concepts and methodologies.
- Assist in the design and functionality of the system.
- Ensure that system designs comply with established financial system requirements.
- Incorporate financial best practice standards into the design.
- Support financial reporting requirements and design.
- Prepare necessary documentation.
- Plan, organize, and lead meetings as required.
- Undertake other IT-related tasks as mutually agreed upon.
To qualify, all candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in finance.
- At least five (5) years of experience with the state's financial system.
- Four (4) years of experience managing financial systems processes and functionalities.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, along with effective knowledge transfer abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with child welfare processes and workflows.
- Strong communication skills.
