Job Title: SharePoint Developer

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint developer to join our team at Kesta IT. As a SharePoint developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to support our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop SharePoint workflows to align with organizational business goals.
  • Develop web-based applications and dashboards to improve data access and accuracy.
  • Guide the progression of SharePoint to optimize workflows and meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on system improvements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to support system developments.
  • Lead migration efforts from on-premise SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent, or 5+ years of experience with SharePoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of business process analysis and functional specification.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) and Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • In-depth knowledge of farm design, security permissions, and SharePoint best practices.
  • Experience migrating from on-premise SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
  • Familiarity with ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and modern authentication methods such as OAuth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience writing technical documentation and working with SharePoint workflows.
