Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive work scope documents and manage the competitive bidding process.
- Ensure contractor installations adhere to safety and compliance standards.
- Support the startup processes and deliver project outcomes.
- Advocate for Safety and Quality initiatives while upholding the company’s core values.

Technical Expertise Required:
- Proficient in Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS), Horizontal Form Fill Seal (HFFS), and flow wrapping technologies.
- Knowledgeable in secondary packaging automation, including case packing and palletizing.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between packaging materials and equipment.
- Capable of approving packaging die lines and designing production lines for optimal Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Familiar with packaging machinery sanitation protocols.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in food packaging engineering and safety.
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets ranging from $100K to $5MM.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as necessary and collaborate across various organizational levels.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
