Senior Sales Manager

Jobot is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the POP packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or product line.
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably within the Corrugated Packaging industry.
• Proven experience managing a high performing sales team.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members to exceed sales targets.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed.
