Senior Food Services Manager

At Psynergy Programs, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Food Services Manager to oversee and train our food service operations within all residential facilities. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, culinary expertise, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all food service operations, ensuring compliance with corporate and licensing policies, health and safety regulations, and HACCP safety standards.
  • Manage food inventory, order supplies, and maintain appropriate PAR and stock levels.
  • Collaborate with Chef Managers to hire, schedule, manage, and discipline kitchen staff.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of clients with various health requirements and medical conditions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and report financial status, program goals, and outcomes to partners and directors.
  • Ensure clean kitchen work areas and dining rooms meet state health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 3+ year culinary arts degree or 8+ years of related experience in a classic restaurant, residential living facility, or hotel.
  • Multi-unit food service manager experience and supervisory experience of at least 12 staff members.
  • High level of computer experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Work Environment:

Frequently required to stand and use hands. Regularly required to sit. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, or kneel. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
