Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at The Brixton at Horseshoe Bay. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, adhering to professional standards and organizational guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans that align with patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
  • Supervise and guide the work of rehabilitation aides and assistants, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient progress and care requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure all documentation, including evaluations and progress notes, is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Texas.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and other insurance protocols is preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
Work Schedule:

This position offers flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.
