We are in search of a proficient Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in managing project management applications like OnePlan. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in data analysis, business intelligence, and project portfolio management. This role involves designing and overseeing Power BI dashboards and administering OnePlan to fulfill the reporting requirements of executives, stakeholders, and project teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Power BI Development: Create, develop, and sustain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders. Convert raw data into insightful visualizations to facilitate informed decision-making. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
  • OnePlan Administration: Oversee and manage OnePlan, including its configuration, user management, and collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to ensure the enhancement roadmap aligns with project portfolio management. Provide training and support to users on OnePlan functionalities and best practices.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from diverse sources to identify trends and patterns. Maintain automated data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to satisfy stakeholder needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to comprehend data requirements and deliver solutions. Convey complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders. Act as a liaison among stakeholders, executives, delivery teams, and the PMO to ensure alignment and effective project KPIs and reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest tools, trends, and best practices in business intelligence, data analytics, project management, and agile development. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements to existing reports and dashboards. Contribute to the development and maintenance of BI standards and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis, along with 2-4 years of experience working with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to work independently and collaboratively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Nice To Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with application configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Advanced certifications in Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
  • Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
