Key Responsibilities- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, organize, and analyze data from Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms to provide actionable insights across various functions, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders across departments to understand their data needs and provide them with the insights necessary to make informed decisions.
- Consultative Approach: Act as a business consultant within the organization, leveraging your analytical expertise to advise on strategic initiatives and operational enhancements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics to continuously improve the business intelligence function and maintain competitive advantage.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, and advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to approach challenges with a consultative mindset, identifying root causes and developing innovative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting, ensuring the reliability of insights provided to the business.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships across the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
- Expertise in Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, and advanced Excel.
- Experience in a manufacturing or product-driven environment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing reporting standards and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
