Client Relationship Specialist

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our home care services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to promote our services.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate the community about our home care services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
