Client Relationship Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at Western Alliance Bank. In this role, you will provide financial solutions to C&I clients and prospects, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

You will collaborate with teammates and lead/facilitate client relationships with product specialists to identify cross-selling opportunities and increase overall client satisfaction. You will also manage a portfolio of clients and prospects with annual revenues of $25 million to $250 million, helping companies save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teammates and lead/facilitate client relationships with product specialists.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and prospects with annual revenues of $25 million to $250 million.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and increase overall client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in Commercial Banking/Lending or Investment Banking.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a portfolio of clients.
  • Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions.
  • Professional proven sales skills and experience, including planning, execution, and follow-up of client meetings.
  • Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen.
  • Financial modeling experience and completion of a formal credit training is required.

Salary Range: $159,745 - $197,331 per year in San Diego, CA or Carlsbad, CA.
